Layam is a doctor-led Ayurvedic centre. Every programme starts with a medical consultation, and therapies are prescribed for you, not chosen from a menu.
Ayurveda works best with time. We recommend at least 7 days for rejuvenation and 21 to 28 days for Panchakarma or weight management. Your doctor will advise.
You can share your health details with us before booking and our doctor will suggest a programme. A full consultation takes place on arrival.

Treatment is effective all year. Traditionally, the monsoon months (June to
September) are considered ideal, as the cool, moist air helps the body absorb oils and medicines.
